This will revamp your salads and veggies – a tasty, fresh – OIL FREE – Dressing that is nutritious.

Ingredients
Fresh Lemon 1/2 Cup squeezed
1 Clove Garlic, chopped
1/2 – 3/4 knob of fresh ginger peeled and chopped
1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup or Date Sugar
Fresh Lemmon Pepper
6 – 7 Tablesoons of Water
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Chop up the garlic and ginger. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend til smooth.
